We require an off-site payment method. So after making your order on this website, you will need to bank-in the money based on the total amount that you’ve ordered.

Below is a simple guide on how to order our fresh vanilla cutting. If you need further information please contact us.

Go to Shop Page

From any page in the site, click on SHOP from the menu at the top of your screen.


Select Our Product

On the product listing page, click on “Vanilla Fresh Cutting”.

Add to Cart

On the product page, enter the quantity you would like to order and click “ADD TO CART”. A message will appear stating “Vanilla Fresh Cutting has been added to your cart” (#1 in the image in the next section). You can continue browsing the site.

View Cart

To view your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right of your site. Refer to #2 on the image below.

Cart Page

On your cart page, there will be a listing of products in your cart. You can still change the quantity.

Click on “UPDATE CART” in the “CART TOTALS” box when you change the quantity.

In the shipping box, enter your Country and State. Then click on “UPDATE TOTALS” – the appropriate shipping fee will be added to the price within the “CART TOTALS” box.

Now you can check the amount payable including shipping within the “CART TOTALS” box. If everything is ok, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

Billing Address

Now enter your billing address.

If this is not the first time that you are making an order on this website, that means you already have an account. Login by clicking on the link #1.

If this is your first time making an order, continue filling up the form. Click “CONTINUE” to submit the form.

Shipping Address

If you have a different shipping address from your Billing, then check the box and fill up the form again. If you have any notes in regards to your order, you may enter them in the box.

Place Order

The page will display your order again and you can make the final review. If everything seems to be in order, please click on “PLACE ORDER”.

Order Received

Order has been placed and the full order details is displayed. Take note of the details, especially the bank account number. Please remit the payment as stated in the total value.

Once the transfer has been done, print the transaction as PDF or take a screenshot of the screen. Then send the PDF or screenshot to leokomuji@borneovanilla.com.

Only when the funds has cleared to our account do we ship the product.
